grading periods

SMS Grading Periods

Scottsburg MS students receive report cards six times throughout the school year. Our current grading period ended last Friday, February 20th.
The grades on that report card, which will be published on Wednesday, February 25th, determine students' eligibility for extracurricular activities until the next report card is issued in mid April.

The grades from our third six weeks will be averaged with course grades from the fourth six weeks to calculate trimester grades.
The grade point average of the trimester grades is what we use to determine medal awards at the end of each school year.
